The terms used in the Terms and Conditions mean the following:

  1. Client – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit that is not a legal entity, which has legal capacity granted by specific regulations, who places an Order within the Store;
  2. Civil Code – the act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended);
  3. Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions for electronic services provided by the online store Hikari Auto Style;
  4. Online Store (Store) – the website available at https://hikariautostyle.com/, through which the Client can place Orders;
  5. Goods – products presented in the Online Store;
  6. Sales Agreement – a sales contract for Goods as understood by the Civil Code, entered into between hikariautostyle.com and the Client, using the Store’s online services;
  7. Consumer Rights Act – the act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827);
  8. Electronic Services Act – the act of July 18, 2002, on electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended);
  9. Order – the Client’s declaration of intent aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of Goods.
  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at https://hikariautostyle.com/.
  2. These Terms and Conditions are the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Electronic Services Act.
  3. The online store Hikari Auto Style, operating at https://hikariautostyle.com/, is run by infinitive.pl Jakub Pawłowski, NIP: 631-265-58-43, ul. Modelarzy 14/4, 44-100 Gliwice.
  4. These Terms and Conditions specifically define:
    • the rules for registration and use of an account within the online store;
    • the terms and conditions for placing Orders via electronic means in the online store;
    • the rules for concluding Sales Agreements using the services provided by the Online Store.
  5. Use of the online store is possible on the condition that the IT system used by the Client meets the following minimum technical requirements: a device with Internet access.
  6. To use the online store, the Client must have access to a computer or end device with Internet access.
  7. In accordance with applicable law, Hikari Auto Style reserves the right to limit the provision of services through the online store to individuals over 18. In such cases, potential Clients will be informed.
  8. Clients may access these Terms and Conditions at any time via a link on the main page of the service https://hikariautostyle.com/, and they may download and print it.
  1. Registration within the Online Store is optional. The Client may place an order without registering in the Store, after reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions. Registration is done by completing and accepting the registration form, provided on one of the Store’s pages. Registration requires consent to the Terms and Conditions and the provision of mandatory personal data. Hikari Auto Style may revoke the Client’s right to use the Online Store or restrict access to parts or all of its resources immediately in the event of a violation of the Terms and Conditions, especially if the Client:
    • provided false, inaccurate, or outdated information during registration, misleading or violating the rights of third parties;
    • committed an offense through the online store against third-party personal rights, particularly those of other online store clients;
    • engages in other behavior deemed by Hikari Auto Style as contrary to applicable law or general internet usage principles, or damages the reputation of Hikari Auto Style.
  2. To ensure the security of message transmission and data related to services provided on the Website, the online store takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk level, particularly measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining or modifying personal data transmitted over the Internet.
  3. The Client is particularly obliged to:
    • refrain from providing or transmitting content prohibited by law, e.g., content promoting violence, defamatory, or infringing upon personal rights and the rights of third parties;
    • use the online store in a manner that does not disrupt its operation, particularly by using specific software or devices;
    • refrain from actions such as: sending or placing unsolicited commercial information (spam) in the Online Store;
    • use the online store in a non-intrusive manner for other clients and for Hikari Auto Style;
    • use all content posted within the Online Store only for personal use;
    • use the Online Store in a manner consistent with the laws applicable in the Republic of Poland, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and general internet usage principles.
  1. To conclude a Sales Agreement via the Online Store, go to the website https://hikariautostyle.com, make a selection, and follow technical steps based on instructions displayed to the Client.
  2. Selection of ordered Goods is made by adding them to the basket.
  3. During the Order process – until the button confirming the Order is pressed – the Client can modify the entered data and the selection of Goods. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
  4. After providing all necessary information, a summary of the Order will be displayed. The summary includes a description of selected goods or services, the total price, and all other costs.
  5. To send the Order, it is necessary to accept the Terms and Conditions, provide personal data marked as mandatory, and press the button confirming the Order.
  6. Information about the Goods on the Store’s website constitutes an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code. Sending an Order by the Client constitutes a declaration of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement with Hikari Auto Style in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  7. The Agreement is considered concluded when the Client’s Order enters the Store’s IT system, provided the Order complies with the Terms and Conditions. Upon conclusion, the Client receives an email confirming all essential Order details.
  8. The Sales Agreement is concluded in Polish, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The order processing time is counted from the moment of obtaining positive payment authorization.

  1. Delivery of Goods is limited to EU countries and is made to the address specified by the Client during the Order.
  2. Delivery of ordered Goods is carried out via:
    • Courier company
    • InPost Parcel lockers
  3. Personal collection of ordered goods at our store is not possible.
  4. Delivery costs are available in the basket and at the stage before placing the order.
  5. Delivery time is a maximum of 10 working days from dispatch.
  1. Product prices are in Polish zloty and include all components, including VAT.
  2. The Client may pay:
    • via online payment through AutoPay,
    • by credit card,
      • Visa
      • Visa Electron
      • Mastercard
      • Mastercard Electronic
      • Maestro
    • cash on delivery (option available only for shipments within Poland).

The entity providing online payment services is Autopay S.A.

  1. The Client has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods without giving any reason.
  2. Goods should be returned to Hikari Auto Style, ul. Modelarzy 14/4, 44-100 Gliwice in an undamaged condition, in the original packaging.
  3. Within 5 working days of receiving the returned package, Hikari Auto Style will refund the product price (delivery costs are non-refundable) using the payment method chosen during the original payment. If unable to refund in this manner, Hikari Auto Style will contact the client via the email address provided in the order.
  1. Hikari Auto Style, as the seller, is liable to the Client who is a consumer for warranty claims for defects as defined by the Civil Code, especially in Articles 556 and 556[1]-556[3] of the Civil Code.
  2. Complaints resulting from violation of the Client’s rights, as guaranteed by law or based on these Terms and Conditions, should be directed to: Hikari Auto Style, ul. Modelarzy 14/4, 44-100 Gliwice, contact@hikariautostyle.com. Hikari Auto Style undertakes to address each complaint within 14 days, or if not possible, to inform the Client within this period when the complaint will be resolved.
  1. Hikari Auto Style takes action to ensure the Store operates correctly, based on current technical knowledge and commits to remedy any reported issues in a reasonable time.
  2. Clients should immediately notify Hikari Auto Style of any irregularities or interruptions in Store operation.
  3. Irregularities related to Store operation can be reported in writing to Hikari Auto Style, ul. Modelarzy 14/4, 44-100 Gliwice, contact@hikariautostyle.com.
  4. In the complaint, the Client should provide their name, correspondence address, type, and date of the issue with the Store.
  5. Hikari Auto Style commits to respond to each complaint within 14 days, or if not possible, to inform the Client within this period of when the complaint will be addressed.
  1. Resolution of any disputes between Hikari Auto Style and the Client who is a consumer is subject to competent courts according to applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Code.
  2. Resolution of any disputes between Hikari Auto Style and a Client who is not a consumer is subject to the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of Hikari Auto Style.
  3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Electronic Services Act, and other relevant provisions of Polish law apply.
