How long should I wait before my order arrives?
If product is not in the backorder, we ship out all orders the next business day after your order has been placed.
Time of arrival differs based on your location. If we ship to Poland, it takes 1 business day to deliver your order. If it’s any other country in EU, it might take couple of days more, but shouldn’t be more than 7 business days.
Item is in backorder. How long does it take to restock?
Typically it takes around 5-7 business days for us to fully restock. Our products are low volume and usually sell out quite quickly, but if given product is still listed for sale, that means that we are already in the process of re-stocking it. Otherwise it wouldn’t be listed anymore. So you can safely place and order and simply wait couple of days more, but be sure that you actually get the product.
I don’t like the product, it doesn’t fit my car, or doesn’t fit me
No worries. Just pack it back up – making sure it remains in pristine condition and send it back to us. You’ll get your money back in couple of days. More on that in our Terms and Conditions page
Where are you located? Can I pick up the order myself?
We’re located in Southern Poland and we ship our products from there. Unfortunately, we don’t offer local pick up options. You can always try to find us on local meetups and we can set it up there.
My country is not available in the shipping section. What now?
Shoot us a message. Mail, contact form, instagram – pick your weapon. We’ll try to come up with the most convenient quote for the shipping.
